Terms of Service
Please read all of my terms of service before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. Art is subject to change as my style improves.

✦ Again, by deciding to commission me you automatically agree to my TOS regardless of whether you have read it or not. You cannot ignore my TOS by choosing not to read it.
✦ TOS is subject to change without prior notice.
✦ Prices are subject to change based on demand.
✦ I have the right to reject any request for any reason so please wait to hear back from me to see if I've accepted it.
✦ I may post the finished commission on social platforms, but if you would like your piece to stay private, please let me know beforehand.
✦ The time required to finish a piece changes depending on my schedule unfortunately. I can get a piece done within 24 hours or over a month. Please ask and be prepared for a wait.
✦ Do not spam me for requests or frequently check up on your commission’s progress, I will always be there to answer any questions or concerns but I am very busy outside of commissions. Additionally, while working on commissions I strongly prefer to work in order.
✦ Please do not alter the finished product without permission, claim it as your own art, or attempt to profit off it.
✦ In some cases, the commercial rights to an image may be purchased.
✦ Hiding or altering my watermark without permission will result in you being blacklisted! I am always willing to move my watermark so please ask! Some art comes without a watermark but when posting publicly please always use the version with my watermark and be sure to credit me!
✦ I am trying to draw more personal art in between my commissions, if this upsets you for any reason do not commission me.
✦ Give me 24 to 48 hours to reply to your emails and/or message. If I don't reply within that time please send me another one just in case or try to reach me through Discord.
✦ If for any reason you are unhappy with your commission and I offer extra art or something else as a sort of compensation this work is extra. For any reason if you make me uncomfortable or anything when I have offered this to you then I won't continue to do said extra work. I want people to be pleased with their commissions but I don't have to put up with people being rude or discomforting me.
✦ Absolutely do not tokenize or make my art into NFTs (nonfungible tokens) this includes any cryptocurrency, blockchain-related technology, or related future inventions. Using my art for AI isn't tolerated either.
Payment
✦ All my prices are in USD!
✦ Kofi, Paypal, & Stripe available. Kofi or Stripe preferred. (Through Stripe I can accept CashApp, Google Pay, and Apple Pay)
✦ Commissions can be split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. Commissions less than $80 will be paid upfront.
✦ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to accept your commission or have requested you to send me the payment.
✦ Payment plans are available for commissions or adopts that are over $200
✦ Due to people backing out of paying, commissions will not be started until full payment has been received unless we've agreed on a 50/50 split.
Revisions
✦ Be reasonable about your sketch edit requests; I will only edit the piece three times before you are either charged or denied any additional edits. Make sure to take a good look when you get the work in progress and take your time to approve it.
✦ Do not redline or edit my art in any way without explicit permission from me. If you do I will not allow you to commission me again.
✦ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made or it has a separate layer.
Refunds
✦ No refunds if I have already finished 25% of the commission. I decide where this is. (Usually during the sketch phase)
✦ Once the commission is finished, payment is non-refundable.
✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
✦ Adopts are non-refundable. You may of course resell your adopt but please read the adopt section of my TOS and make sure you follow it.
✦ If you decide to chargeback me ever I will blacklist you instantly and you will forfeit your rights to any design/commission I am in the middle of making for you.
Adopts
✦ I can decline a bid or offer for any reason.
✦ Resell only for the value of the adopt + value of commissioned art.
✦ Commercial rights can be bought. It's not that much but varies by design. Designs made on bases that aren't mine fall under the base maker's policy on this.
✦ Feel free to change the design as much as you want but please credit me for the original.
✦ Do not trace or replicate my art.
✦ Do not draw over my art, contact me for edits instead. I don't mind doing simple edits.
✦ Do not turn anything I make into its own closed species.
✦ Do not use my art for anything hateful, harmful, or illegal obviously. I’ll block and blacklist you.
✦ If the character is on ToyHouse, do not remove it from ToyHouse.
Bases
✦ You may use my bases for adopts, personal design use, YCHs, and commissions.
✦ Ask if you don't know what you can do. Do not assume.
✦ My art in general should not be used for anything hateful, be run through AI, or touch anything to do with cryptocurrencies. I have to say it multiple times.
✦ Do not claim my bases as your own.
✦ Do not distribute my bases.
✦ I do not allow commercial use.
✦ Always credit me. However, DO NOT CREDIT NECROVOS ON TOYHOUSE IF YOU'RE UPLOADING A BASE. Please credit Fablereign.
